AEROBICS CLASS DISCRIPTION
Fit Ball

Bring the element of play into your workout with the Fit Ball to improve your balance and core strength.
Cardio Mix
Shake up your workout with variety!  This class may include Step, Hi-Low Aerobics, and Kickboxing.  Focus will be on cardiovascular training followed by abdominal and back exercises.
Body Sculpting & Tone
Lean, Lean and more Lean!  This class will work your body from top to bottom!  Knock down fat and boost your metabolism with this class dedicated to total body sculpting.
Hi-Low
Join us for a fun filled hour of great floor aerobic combinations that can be performed at both high and low intensity and impact.  Elevate your heart rate, improve coordination and feel good!
Step
Increase your Cardio Fitness with our Step Class.  Fun Combinations to keep you motivated.  Includes abs, legs, arms and more conditioning.
Yogalates Fusion / Stretching
45 minute stretching class focusing on form and increasing flexibility
Indoor Cycling
Jazz up your work out with a 30 minute high energy, high intensity indoor cycling experience.  (Pre-registration is required for this class.)

Weight Training

Muscle dictates your metabolism.  Increase lean muscle mass, burn more calories daily, look better, and feel better by adding weights to your workout.   Largest Weight Room available on the Iron Range.   Cybex machines are great for the beginners or the advanced who are looking for the total body.  Bench Press Competitions are held throughout the year, so call to be put on the mailing list!

Cardiovascular Disease is the number one killer in America.  Start taking care of your heart now before it’s to late! Ellipticals for the total  body workout, treadmills, steppers, and bikes are ready at Quad Cities fitness to help you exercise your heart!
